CONDITIONS
By using this website and placing orders through it, you agree to:
- Use this site only and exclusively to place legally valid orders.
- Do not place false or fraudulent orders. If we reasonably believe that such an order has been placed, we will be entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
- To provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately for order management, and to keep these details up to date. If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order.
- By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
WARRANTY
NAEMUS offers guarantees to customers who make purchases as consumers on products marketed through the website/application, for defects in conformity of the same which occur within three (3) years from delivery of the product, within the terms legally established for each type of product.
It is understood that the products comply with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description made by us and possess the qualities that we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are normally intended and (iii) present the usual qualities and characteristics of a product of the same type that can reasonably be expected.
In this sense, if one of the products does not comply with the contract, the user must inform NAEMUS at info@naemuskincare.com .
Our commercial guarantee does not affect the rights recognized by current legislation.
